She advises SaaS and enterprise software firms on leadership transitions, scaling technical innovation, and building diverse, high-performing teams. Amy is part of CF Leadership’s Technology Executive Committee.
Prior to joining CF Leadership, Amy held senior engineering roles at Microsoft and Oracle, where she gained expertise in high-performance systems, scalable architectures, and cross-functional collaboration. She leverages over 20 years of experience to deliver tailored leadership solutions that address the evolving challenges of scaling innovation and building diverse technical leadership teams.
