Alexander Aitken is a Global Partner in CF Leadership’s London office and leads the AI, Data & Analytics sector. His expertise is with Board and CEO appointments in the AI and analytics sector, alongside cross-industry expertise in Audit and Financial leadership.
He advises start-ups, private equity-backed firms, and global corporations on leadership transitions, AI-driven transformation, and harnessing data-driven insights to drive innovation and strategic growth. Alexander is part of CF Leadership’s Technology Executive Committee.
Prior to joining CF Leadership, Alexander held senior leadership roles in Europe at Korn Ferry, CTPartners, and Booz Allen Hamilton, where he gained expertise in business process optimization, organizational design, and leveraging advanced technologies. He brings over 20 years of experience delivering tailored leadership solutions, supporting firms by integrating data science and analytics, automation, innovation, manufacturing excellence and generative AI.
