Adela Borkowski is a Global Partner in CF Leadership’s Tokyo office and leads the IoT sector. Her expertise lies in Board and CEO appointments within the IoT industry, alongside cross-functional expertise in Audit and Financial leadership.
She advises global corporations, venture-backed firms, and private companies on leadership transitions, digital transformation, and IoT implementation challenges. With a focus on fostering innovation and operational efficiency, Adela helps her clients secure visionary leaders to navigate today’s evolving technology landscape. Adela is part of CF Leadership’s Technology Executive Committee.
Prior to joining CF Leadership, Adela held senior leadership roles across APAC, the United States, and Europe at Siemens, Texas Instruments, CrowdStrike, and EY Technology Consulting, where she gained experience in IoT ecosystems, smart infrastructure, and the integration of connected technologies to drive innovation and scalability.
