Abdul Abraham is a Global Partner dividing his time between the CF Leadership offices in Riyadh and Bahrain, leading the Family Group Holdings sector. His expertise is with Board and CEO appointments in the Family Group Holdings sector, alongside cross-industry expertise in HR and Technology, Information, Security, and Digital.
He advises global family offices and privately-owned enterprises on challenges unique to multi-generational businesses, including succession planning, leadership transitions, and governance. Abdul is part of CF Leadership’s Funds Executive Committee.
Prior to joining CF Leadership, Abdul held senior leadership roles across the Middle East at Mubadala, Abdul Latif Jameel Group, and Al-Futtaim Group, where he gained expertise in strategic planning, investment evaluation, and corporate finance. He is a trusted advisor, delivering transformative leadership solutions that align with the values and long-term visions of his clients
