Martina Petronio is a Global Partner in CF Leadership’s Milan office and leads the Global Market Infrastructure & Data Services sector. Her expertise is with Board and CEO appointments in the Global Market Infrastructure & Data Services sector, alongside cross-industry expertise in Legal, Compliance, Risk & Government Affairs, and Technology, Information, Security, and Digital.
She advises global exchanges, clearinghouses, custodians, and market data providers on challenges unique to the evolving financial ecosystem, including regulatory transformation, operational resilience, and digital innovation. Martina is part of CF Leadership’s Financial Services Executive Committee.
Prior to joining CF Leadership, Martina held senior leadership roles across Europe at Bloomberg LP and Borsa Italiana (Euronext Group), where she gained expertise in market data operations, trading system development, and cross-functional team management.
