Leonora M. Gill is a Global Partner in CF Leadership’s London office and leads the Consulting Services sector. Her expertise is with Board and CEO appointments in the consulting services sector, alongside cross-industry expertise in HR and Legal, Compliance, Risk & Government Affairs.

She advises global strategy consultancies, boutique advisors, and private equity-backed firms on leadership transitions, market entry strategies, and M&A integration. Leonora is part of CF Leadership’s Professional Services Executive Committee.

Prior to joining CF Leadership, Leonora held senior consulting roles in Europe and Asia, where she gained expertise in market entry, organizational design, and strategic transformation. She brings over 20 years of experience delivering tailored leadership solutions to her clients and is a well-known career coach to several ‘C’ level leaders, particularly around sovereign entities and family groups.
